    Course Objectives The aim of this course, which is the last step of A1 level and the first step of A2 level in the scope of Common European Framework of Reference, is to make students gain listening, reading, speaking and writing skills through common daily useful phrases and simple and plain sentences.
    Learning Outcomes

    The students who succeeded in this course;

    • Follow conversations about shopping, recipes, announcements, professions, health problems, course registration, childhood, and the biography of a famous person.
    • Analyze short and simple texts about shopping, healthy living, the importance of knowing a language, and childhood.
    • Communicate with people about health issues at a pharmacy and to register for a course.
    • Express themselves on topics such as shopping habits, career choices, health-related solutions, the language learning process, and childhood.
    • Produce a biography of an imaginary person, a short romantic story, and an advertisement to promote a sport.
    Course Description This course is designed to prepare students for the importance of learning a foreign language, childhood memories, past habits, and the benefits of doing sport.
