    Course Objectives Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. Can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken. Can produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes & ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.
    Learning Outcomes

    The students who succeeded in this course;

    • 1. The student can express opinions and formulate hypotheses about past and present situations.
    • 2. The learner can express degrees of certainty about future situations.
    • 3. The student learner can describe an object which can help to solve a problem in daily life.
    • 4. The student learns to express desires which are difficult to accomplish at the moment of speaking, and can express imaginary situations.
    • 5. The student learns how to make polite requests and can also give advice, make recommendations, and offer suggestions.
    Course Description The aim of this course is to make students, who are Basic Users in the scope of Common European Framework of Reference, achieve Independent User – B1.
