    Course Objectives This course aims to help health sciences students develop a professional level of writing within health services and document and explain patients’ history and findings.
    Learning Outcomes

    The students who succeeded in this course;

    • write a request letter to another department for support for a patient’s recovery by using the information in the case notes,
    • write a letter of discharge, a referral letter,
    • fill out forms by obtaining the necessary information from patients,
    • explain professional terminology in written English,
    • translate written documents into Turkish,
    • give prepared presentations on patients’ history and findings.
    Course Description This course is designed for health sciences students to enable them to document and explain patients’ history and findings by writing effectively and professionally in their field.
