    Course Objectives This course aims to help health sciences students develop a professional level of writing within health services and document and explain patients’ history and findings.

    1write a request letter to another department for support for a patient’s recovery by using the information in the case notes,
    2write a letter of discharge, a referral letter,
    3fill out forms by obtaining the necessary information from patients,
    4explain professional terminology in written English,
    5translate written documents into Turkish,
    6give prepared presentations on patients’ history and findings.
    Course Description This course is designed for health sciences students to enable them to document and explain patients’ history and findings by writing effectively and professionally in their field.
