    What do 'stars' mean?

    One-star badge: The instructor decides on the process of the PD project, takes the initial steps for preparation and implements the subsequent procedure till it is successfully finalized.

    Two-star badge: All the above, the instructor submits a written reflection on the impact of his/her PD.

    Three-star badge: Including all the above, the instructor shows proof that other colleagues have benefited from this professional experience.
