İNGİLİZCE II (ING 102)

YAZ OKULU FİNAL SINAVI BİLGİLENDİRMESİ           

• ING 102 Final Sınavı 13 Ağustos 2026 Perşembe günü saat 15:00'de yapılacaktır.
• Sınav süresi 60 dakikadır.
• Sınav yeri: M302

• Sınav dinleme bölümüyle başladığı için öğrencilerin sınavın yapılacağı sınıfta en az 30 dakika önce bulunmaları önemlidir.
• Sınav dinleme bölümüyle başlar.

• Dinleme bölümü 2 bölümden oluşmaktadır.
• Her bir bölüm 2 defa dinletilecektir.
• Geç kalan öğrenciler, dinleme bölümleri arasında sınava girebilir.
• Eğer bir öğrenci dinleme bölümünü tamamen kaçırırsa, gözetmen optik formdaki dinleme sorularını U şeklinde işaretleyerek kapatacaktır.
• Ses kaydını dinlemeden verilen cevaplar geçersiz sayılacaktır.

• Geç gelen öğrencilere ek süre verilmeyecektir.
• 20 dakikadan fazla geç kalan öğrenciler sınav salonuna ALINMAYACAKTIR.
• Öğrenciler öğrenci kimliklerini getirmelidir. Geçerli fotoğraflı kimliği olmayan öğrenciler sınava alınmayacaktır.
• Optik formlar cevap kâğıdı olarak kullanılacağından, yumuşak uçlu bir kurşun kalem ve silgi getirmek önemlidir.
• Tüm cep telefonları ve elektronik cihazlar (akıllı saat, tablet, kulaklık vb.) kapatılmalı ve ulaşamayacağınız bir yerde tutulmalıdır. Öğrenciler, cihazlarını gözetmenin masasına bırakmadan önce ses, alarm ve titreşim dahil tüm bildirimlerin kapalı olduğundan emin olmalıdır.
• Öğrenciler kendilerine ayrılan yerlerde oturmalıdır. İzin almadan yer değiştirmemelidir.
• Öğrenciler yanlarında su getirebilir; ancak sıralarında not, kitap veya defter bulundurmalarına izin verilmez.
• Öğrenciler sınav başlamadan önce gözetmen tarafından verilen talimatları dikkatle dinlemelidir.
• Sınav kitapçığı ve optik formu aldıktan sonra, öğrenciler kitapçığın ön sayfasındaki beyanı ve optik form üzerindeki imza kutusunu imzalamayı unutmamalıdır.
• Kitapçığın ön sayfasına öğrencilerin ad, soyadı, öğrenci numarası yazılmalıdır. Bu bilgiler optik form üzerinde yer almaktadır.
• KİTAPÇIK TÜRÜ: A veya B kodlanmalı. FORM NO bölümü optik form üzerinde boş bırakılmalıdır.

SINAV SÜRESİNCE

• Çoktan seçmeli soruların cevapları hem kitapçığa hem de optik forma işaretlenmelidir. İşaretleme hatalarından öğrenci sorumludur. Optik formda boş bırakılan sorular puanlandırılmayacaktır.
• Her soru için yalnızca bir cevap işaretlenmelidir. Birden fazla işaretleme geçersiz sayılacaktır.
• Yanlış cevaplar doğru cevapları götürmez.
• İlk 20 dakika içinde sınav salonundan çıkmak yasaktır. Sınavdan izinsiz ayrılmak yasaktır. Acil durumlarda yalnızca koridordaki görevli eşliğinde çıkışa izin verilmektedir.
• Gözetmenin verdiği tüm talimatlara uyulmalıdır.
• Her zaman sessizlik korunmalıdır. Düzeni bozacak davranışlar ve kopya çekmek (materyal alışverişi yapmak veya sözlük kullanmak dahil) yasaktır.
• Şüpheli durumlarda gözetmenler öğrencileri uyarabilir, yerlerini değiştirebilir veya resmi tutanak tutabilir.
• Gözetmen tarafından sınav salonundan çıkmasına izin verilen öğrenciler koridorlarda beklememeli, kalabalık oluşturmamalı ve gürültü yapmamalıdır.

SINAV SONRASI

• Sınavın sonunda öğrenciler sessizce yerlerinde oturmalı ve gözetmenin talimatlarını beklemelidir.
• Tüm sınav materyalleri (kitapçık ve optik form) birlikte teslim edilmeli ve sınav salonundan çıkarılmamalıdır. Eksik belgeler sınavın geçersiz sayılmasına neden olabilir.
• Teslim etmeden önce öğrenciler ad, soyadı, ders kodu ve imzaların eksiksiz olduğunu ve tüm sayfaların tam olduğunu kontrol etmelidir.
• Kural ihlali durumlarında (eksik belge, kural dışı davranış, kopya vb.) sınav geçersiz sayılabilir ve disiplin işlemleri uygulanabilir.
• Öğrenciler sınavdan çıkmadan önce yoklama listesine imza atmalıdır.
• Öğrenciler sınav salonundan gözetmenin izniyle sessizce çıkabilir.
• Sınav sonuçları, akademik takvimde bildirilen tarihte OBS (Öğrenci Bilgi Sistemi) üzerinden ilan edilecektir.

ENGLISH II (ING 102)

SUMMER SCHOOL FINAL EXAM ANNOUNCEMENT

• The ING 102 Final Exam will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
• Exam duration: 60 minutes
• Exam venue: E Block 212 M302
• Students are required to be in the examination room at least 30 minutes before the exam begins, as the exam starts with the listening section.

• The exam begins with the Listening section.
  • The Listening section consists of two parts.
  • Each part will be played twice.
  • Students who arrive late may enter the exam between the listening sections.
  • If a student misses the entire Listening section, the invigilator will mark the listening questions on the optical answer sheet with a "U" and close that section.
• Any answers given without listening to the audio recording will be considered invalid.
• No additional time will be given to students who arrive late.
• Students who arrive more than 20 minutes late will NOT be admitted to the examination room.
• Students must bring their student ID cards. Students without a valid photo ID will not be allowed to take the exam.
• Since optical answer sheets will be used as the answer sheets, students must bring a soft-lead pencil and an eraser.
• All mobile phones and electronic devices (smartwatches, tablets, headphones, etc.) must be switched off and kept out of reach. Before placing their devices on the invigilator's desk, students must ensure that all notifications, including sound, alarms, and vibration, are turned off.
• Students must sit in their assigned seats and must not change seats without permission.
• Students may bring water, but they are not allowed to keep any notes, books, or notebooks on their desks.
• Students must listen carefully to the instructions given by the invigilator before the exam begins.
• After receiving the exam booklet and the optical answer sheet, students must remember to sign the declaration on the front page of the booklet and the signature box on the optical answer sheet.
• Students must write their name, surname, and student number on the front page of the exam booklet. This information is also provided on the optical answer sheet.
• BOOKLET TYPE: Mark A or B. The FORM NO section on the optical answer sheet must be left blank.

DURING THE EXAM

• Answers to the multiple-choice questions must be marked both on the exam booklet and on the optical answer sheet. Students are responsible for any marking errors. Questions left blank on the optical answer sheet will not be graded.
• Only one answer may be marked for each question. Multiple markings will be considered invalid.
• Incorrect answers do not cancel out correct answers.
• Students are not allowed to leave the examination room during the first 20 minutes of the exam. Leaving the exam without permission is prohibited. In emergency situations, students may leave only when accompanied by the staff member in the corridor.
• Students must follow all instructions given by the invigilator.
• Silence must be maintained at all times. Any behavior that disrupts the examination or any form of cheating (including exchanging materials or using a dictionary) is strictly prohibited.
• In suspicious cases, invigilators may warn students, change their seats, or prepare an official incident report.
• Students who are permitted to leave the examination room by the invigilator must not wait in the corridors, gather in groups, or make noise.

AFTER THE EXAM

• At the end of the exam, students must remain seated quietly and wait for the invigilator's instructions.
• All examination materials (the exam booklet and the optical answer sheet) must be submitted together and must not be taken out of the examination room. Missing documents may result in the exam being declared invalid.
• Before submitting their materials, students must check that their name, surname, course code, and signatures are complete and that all pages are present.
• In cases of rule violations (missing documents, misconduct, cheating, etc.), the exam may be declared invalid, and disciplinary action may be taken.
• Students must sign the attendance sheet before leaving the examination room.
• Students may leave the examination room quietly with the invigilator's permission.
• Exam results will be announced through the Student Information System (OBS) on the date specified in the academic calendar.
